“Steinberg, Saul. The New Yorker. New York, 1945–2000.” Retrospect Exhibition @ Yale Union

Earlier this month, contemporary art center Yale Union added to its list of summer exhibitions with a retrospect display titled, “Steinberg, Saul. The New Yorker. New York, 1945–2000.” Running until August 10, this exhibition highlights the work of cartoonist Saul Steinberg during his 55-year tenure at The New Yorker magazine. Showcasing some 200 issues of Steinberg’s 1,000 published contributions, the Romanian-born artist was beloved for his boundary-crossing illustrations and modern ideals. Be sure to check out this beautifully curated display as Yale Union is open to the public Thursday to Saturday from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
